The bullish head and shoulders

The bullish head and shoulders is an inversion figure. In particular, this figure reverses a downward trend. And it starts a bullish trend.

The figure begins when prices form the first shoulder. Then they retrace slightly, then lower even more. Thus the head is formed.

At this point the prices go back and create the second shoulder. And at the end they break the neckline up, causing the new uptrend to start.
